Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $7–$50 is required at the time of booking (amount varies by service). This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance will be accommodated without penalty, and your deposit may be applied to a future appointment. If a cancellation or reschedule is made within 24 hours of the appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 40% of the service price, and may be required to place a deposit for future bookings. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited depending on availability and the service booked.
